Watson would be hanging out opposite warmups when DeAngelo would approach and shove Watson, just short of a full-on confrontation.
During warm-ups, Watson crossed the red line, which is against unspoken NHL rules.
It appears Watson is trying to agitate the Hurricanes early, and DeAngelo is right to stop him.
Watson is one of the dying breed of enforcers in the NHL and offers little to nothing in the way of offensive prowess.
