The Stanley Cup Playoffs are a time of year that hockey fans eagerly anticipate. The thrill and excitement is always at an all-time high, but nothing compares to the sudden death overtime. It's a time when teams play until one scores and the other falls short, and it can be a nail-biting experience for fans and players alike.
On Thursday night into Friday morning, the Florida Panthers and Carolina Hurricanes, battled it out in one of the longest overtimes in NHL history.
