Top insider Pierre LeBrun makes an important update on the Flyers and DeBrincat

A lot of rumors are going on regarding the possibility of a trade including Alex DeBrincat between the Chicago Blackhawks and the Philadelphia Flyers. Some insiders said that Chuck Fletcher was all-in, and was even ready to give up the 5th overall selection to acquire the forward.
However, Elliotte Friedman said that, for the moment, the Flyers felt that it wasn't making any sense to give up their first round pick for DeBrincat. Pierre LeBrun, from TSN, went further and wrote on Twitter that the Flyers and the Blackhawks didn't have any serious talks regarding the star winger.
He added that things could change, but for the moment, there wasn't much more than kicking the tires.
