With the 2022-2023 officially out now. Flyer fans start to look and review what games they will be heading down to the Wells Fargo Center for and what games will be overlooked.
Most, if not all Flyer fans would say this has been a disappointing offseason so far. Management hasn't exactly been the so called "fan favorite" right now. Can't be winners every offseason though, right?
Despite all the great signings that DID NOT take place, the schedule has finally come out and there are two games that will have Flyer Fans bring the noise on Broad Street. May be even, Ya ready, SELL THE PLACE OUT! Maybe. Let's see what the record shows then. Let's take a look at these two special dates and what all the noise is about- shall we?

This season, the Flyers have announced that the Ottawa Senators and the San Jose Sharks will be coming to the Wells Fargo Center. What does mean? The homecoming games of one Claude Giroux and Oskar Lindblom with grace the Flyer fans and former teammates with a duet on the ice.
Let's look into each date.
Oskar Lindblom-October 23rd VS. San Jose Sharks
An ovation that will bring tears to the eyes of fans everywhere. Former Flyer Oskar Lindblom will be the first of two to make their debut back to the "Big house". I think it's easy to say that you won't be hearing any boos when Oskar is announced, and that "ever so beautiful" tribute video is played. A special game to be in attendance for when the Sharks leave the tank and visit the center.
Claude Giroux-November 12th VS. Ottawa Senators
Arguably the most anticipated game of the season, the return of former Flyer captain, number twenty-eight- Claude Giroux. (ROOUXXXXX!!)
An emotional game for some and a game to Boo for others. The fanbase has had a "love/hate relationship" with the former captain. Recently he was on the "Wally & Methot Show" and had talked about his expectations for the return.
"I haven't played as a visitor at the Wells Fargo yet, but yeah I mean, I don't know what to expect. Philly fans, so they might give me a standing O and then boo me. So that's what I expect, and I wouldn't ask for anything else. The Flyers fans are absolutely nuts, playing in front of them, their passion and intensity, it's just something I can relate to all those years. They're tough on their players but when it goes well, they're just great fans."
Regardless of booing or cheering, these two games will be circled on the calendar and a full house should be expected- See ya there!
