December 2018 the Philadelphia Flyers hired Chuck Fletcher to the new General Manager of the organization. Unfortunately for Flyers fans, Fletcher might not of been the right choice.
Making us wonder, will Fletcher last this season in Philadelphia? Since being Gm the Flyers have only made the playoffs once. Fletcher has made a countless number of little, useless transactions.
Last season was the Flyers worst season under Fletcher going 25-46-11 and finishing last in the Metropolitan division. There was rumors that started before free agency that the Flyers that Johnny Gaudreau was going to sign with the Flyers, but Fletcher couldn't manage to make a deal and Johnny Hockey is a now a member Columbus Blue Jackets, as Fletcher didn't even bat an eye when Gaudreau hit the FA market.

Fletcher's most notably moves this off-season was hiring John Tortorella and acquiring defenceman Tony DeAngelo then signing him to a 2 year $10 million dollar deal.
