The Philadelphia Flyers lost to the Calgary Flames this afternoon in a close game but were taken down in shootout 3-2. While there was some great news as both Kevin Hayes and Jake Voracek finally were able to put the puck in the net, One player received some bad news before the game as head coach Alain Vigneault decided to make defenseman Shayne Gostisbehere a healthy scratch. It was the first time Gostisbehere has been scratched this year and Vigneault explained the decision after the game. While Ghost only has one goal in 22 games, AV said it was because he expected some physical play from Calgary. "They have a heavier team on that third and fourth line, so for our third pairing with Phil there, I thought Haggs would give us a good luck."
