AV Confirms The Flyers' Opening Night Lineup.

"The Philadelphia Flyers open up the season tonight as they'll host the rival Pittsburgh Penguins. The two teams will be on center stage with a 5:30PM puck drop. With Matt Niskanen having left in the summer, the Flyers blueline has taken a hit and it'll take another hit tonight as Shayne Gostisbehere has been declared unfit to play. We'll see Ivan Provorov paired with Justin Braun on the top pairing and Travis Sanheim with Philippe Myers on the second pairing. Up front, Nolan Patrick will make his long awaited return to the lineup and he'll skate along side James van Riemsdyk and Jakub Voracek. Carter Hart will get the season opener between the pipes.
