"While the Philadelphia Flyers loss to the Montreal Canadiens has basically killed their playoff hopes, there's some news regarding the team's 2019-20 season. The team will go through a franchise first as they'll open the season in Europe as they'll take on the Chicago Blackhawks in the Czech Republic. It's big news for both Radko Gudas and Jakub Voracek who will get to play on home turf. "It was amazing when I first heard," Gudas said. "I was born in Prague and lived there until I was 14 or 15, and I live just outside there."
Gudas and Voracek both live there in the summer. "We live 20 minutes from each other," Gudas said. "We're pretty tight and we see each other quite a lot in the summer."
