"The Philadelphia Flyers goalie situation for the last little while has been a bit of a puzzle, but it looks like we finally have some stability. As long as there's no setbacks, Brian Elliott will be the starter for tonight's matchup at home against the Carolina Hurricanes. Of course the Flyers are trying to clinch their playoff spot, so Elliott's return gives them a great boost at the perfect time. The Flyers goalie was in the starters net at practice this morning and took shots from teammates and looks good to go. The 32 year old has a 21-11-7 record so far this year to go along with a 2.72 goals against average and .908 save percentage.
