BREAKING Flyers Place Forward On Waivers.

"The Philadelphia Flyers and general manager Chuck Fletcher announced a roster move on Tuesday. The team has placed forward Nicolas Aube-Kubel on waivers. While he's received some praise for his play in preseason despite not registering a point, a hint that he might have fallen out of favour might have came earlier this summer. When general manager Chuck Fletcher was running down some of the prospects he liked earlier in the summer, there was no mention of Aube-Kubel. Last year the 23 year old played nine games for the Flyers but failed to register a point while putting up 16 goals for Lehigh Valley in the AHL in just 54 games.
