The Philadelphia Flyers and general manager Chuck Fletcher were back in business on Tuesday as the second round opened. After turning some heads and selecting Tyson Foerster #23 overall the focus was on #54.With the #54 pick overall, the Flyers selected Emil Andrae from Sweden.
