BREAKING Flyers Send Three Down To AHL.

"The Philadelphia Flyers and general manager Chuck Fletcher announced some roster moves on Wednesday. Fletcher announced the team has loaned goalie Alex Lyon along with forward German Rubstov and Connor Bunnaman to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms of the AHL. That means no vacation for the trio while the majority of Flyers' players will fly off to a sunny island somewhere. Instead the trio will get some action in and stay fresh for when the Flyers return to action January 31 for a rematch against Pittsburgh.
