BREAKING Flyers Sign Erik Gustafsson.

"The Philadelphia Flyers and general manager Chuck Fletcher announced a free agent signing on Monday. After missing out on every free agent he was targeting, Fletcher finally signed a free agent defenseman. Fletcher signed defenseman Erik Gustafsson to a one year $3million deal. ""Erik is a mobile and skilled puck-moving defenseman who has produced well offensively both at even-strength and on the power play,"" said Fletcher. ""We believe Erik will give us valuable minutes and be a nice addition to our group of young defensemen.""
