"The Philadelphia Flyers lost yet another game last night and it was another brutal loss at the hands of the New York Rangers. While the game was mostly filled with sad play by the Flyers, there was at least one highlight. Flyers' forward/defenseman Samuel Morin decided to beat down the always annoying Brendan Lemieux. While Morin waited until Lemieux dropped his gloves, the NHL didn't appreciate the gesture. This morning the NHL Department of Player Safety announced that Morin has been fined $3,017.24, the maximum allowable under the CBA, for unsportsmanlike conduct. Kind of a weird decision. What do you think of the NHL's ruling?
