BREAKING Oskar Lindblom Nominated For NHL Award.

"The NHL is trying to iron out the finer details of their 24 team playoffs at the moment as Phase 2 has officially begun. The league has decided that it will base award nominees on the season that was basically just over 3/4 complete. There won't be an awards show, instead the league will likely announce the award winners throughout the playoffs on a daily or weekly basis. Oskar Lindblom could be one of those winners. The PHWA (Professional Hockey Writers Association) announced their nominees for the 2020 Bill Masterton Trophy awarded to the player who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship, and dedication to ice hockey.Lindblom was selected as the Philadelphia Flyers nominee. "I'm honored to be nominated for this special award by the Philadelphia PHWA chapter. This past season has been a difficult one for sure, but the positive support I've received from my family, my girlfriend, teammates, the Flyers organization and Flyers fans has been a tremendous help and inspiration through these times and I look forward to the day I'm back on the ice.
