"A tough day for the Philadelphia Flyers. Literally just a couple of minutes after the team announced that Travis Konecny would be out indefinitely with a concussion, the team has lost another player. Defenseman Philippe Myers was forced to leave practice and didn't return. Myers is dealing with back spasm issues and the team confirmed he won't be able to play Wednesday in Colorado. That means that Robert Haag will get back into the lineup. Head coach Alain Vigneault wouldn't confirm or deny if any call ups are expected.
Back spasms returned for Myers during practice, so he was shut down for the day. Will not play on Wed in Colorado. — Bill Meltzer (@billmeltzer) December 9, 2019
