The Flyers took Matvei Michkov 7th overall at last year's draft and it is proving to be an incredible choice.
Michkov had an fantastic season with HC Sochi in the KHL with 41 points in 47 games.
Since the KHL season has ended, he has decided to play in the Media Hockey League where he played his first game last night scoring a hat trick plus 2 assists for 5 points in a 10-8 loss.
