"While the Stanley Cup playoffs are still rolling along, the Philadelphia Flyers offseason has begun. Flyers' general manager Chuck Fletcher mostly has some RFA's to take care of along with attempting to dip into free agency. He's also got some unsigned rookies to look at it and it looks like he might be losing two of them. Prospects Roddy Ross and Yegor Serdyuk need to be signed by June 1 or they'll become free agents. The 20 year old Ross was the Flyers 6th round pick back in 2019 and has been playing in the WHL. The goalie had a 6-8-2 record with a 3.75 goals against average and .874 save percentage with the Regina Pats this past season. Serdyuk was also drafted by the Flyers in the 6th round of the 2019 draft. The 19 year old has been playing in the QMJHL and registered 8 goals and 11 assists in 26 games this past season.
While many of the 2020-21 off-season critical dates have been pushed forward, the June 1 'Must Sign By' for certain players is still in effect.
Here is the list of players that each club must sign by 5pm ET this coming Tuesday, or they will lose their exclusive signing rights. pic.twitter.com/hQCw6NKBtw
