Bryce Brodzinski was drafted by the Flyers in the 7th round of the 2019 NHL draft and has yet to be signed which is why he needs to impress management before the end of the season.

Brodzinski has been playing in the NCAA for the Minnesota Golden Gophers where he currently has 32 points in 37 games.
The 23 year-old is trying to impress the Flyers management at the Frozen Four this week in hopes on landing an entry-level contract with the organization.
A young 22-year-old in Brodzinski also accumulated 19 goals and 12 assists in a very tough NCAA League for the Golden Gophers in his Senior season. He obviously elected to use his fifth year of eligibility due to the Covid season in 2020-21, all with the hopes of producing enough to earn an ELC (Entry-Level-Contract).-Baskow

Depending on how he does this weekend on a national stage, it may force the Flyers hand to sign him, if not he will become a free agent this summer.
