Flyers To Buy Out Forward This Summer?

The Philadelphia Flyers season is officially over and the house keeping begins. While some consider the Flyers first round elimination a disappointment, others consider it a clear improvement on last year. Sam Carchidi of Philly.com took a look at some of the main decisions he expects Hextall to make. Carchidi doesn't believe unrestricted free agents Valtteri Filppula, Matt Read, Brandon Manning or Johnny Oduya to be re-signed and would be surprised to see restricted free agent Petr Mrazek given an offer. He also believes there's a big chance that the Flyers buy out the final year of Jori Lehtera's contract.
