Flyers To Make Third Most Appearances On NBC Sports This Season.

Philadelphia Flyers fans across the country will be in luck for the 2018-19 season. NBC Sports announced that they'll be rebranding their Wednesday night games from "Rivalry Night" to "Wednesday Night Hockey" and the Flyers will be a big part of it. Philly will play the Penguins three times on national television and face the Stanley Cup champion Washington Capitals three times. The Flyers will make 17 appearances on NBC which includes four games on NBC and 13 others on NBCSN. The Chicago Blackhawks lead the way for most appearances with 19 appearances, three on NBC and 16 on NBCSN while the Stanley Cup Champion Washington Capitals are right behind the Hawks with 18 appearances, four on NBC and 14 on NBCSN.
