Multiple Flyer Extensions Reported to be in Progress

This goes with what john Tortorella has commented on in the past few nights that Nick Seeler will not be going anywhere. Sean Walker probably has the highest trade value as a Right-Handed defenseman that has second pair potential. He has played very well this year for the Flyers and his value has never been higher.

There seems to be a slight shift in focus for these Flyers, who never seem to be out of games and are paying every team hard down to the wire. Will the focus go back to the dreaded retooling, instead of rebuilding?

The Flyers are in a great place with now with tremendous future assets like Michkov, Oliver Bonk and Denver Barkey, as well as a young core getting better every night on the team now with players like Owen Tippet, Tyson Forester and Cam York. With this young core, along with the development of Sam Errson and the Flyers being able to compete with any team in the league, the rebuild might not be as long as we thought. Signing Walker and Seeler might make more sense now than it did even last month.
