It's safe to say that if the NHL ever had an option where you could pay to listen to players talk to one another or coaching staff giving the full unvarnished sound of what the game is like by the bench, I would certainly pay it.
It would give a new look to the league an impression of the players. During this year's stadium series when the Flyers played against the New Jersey Devils, Devils Brendan Smith and Flyers Travis Konency were mic'ed up and the trash talk was flowing like water.
It clearly showed the teams have a deep rivalry with one another as they both share the same division; it also shows that Konency has an edge to his game and his attitude that plays well into his favor and the Flyers.
Overall, it was safe to say that it was a successful stadium series weekend, and the Flyers are now back to their regular schedule where they'll be at home on Saturday February 24th to meet the New York Rangers.
