Report: Flyers Ask For Permission To Speak To Alain Vigneault.

Big news regarding the vacant Philadelphia Flyers head coaching position on Friday.The Flyers have asked for permission from the New York Rangers to speak with former coach Alain Vigneault regarding they're open coaching position according to Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports. The former Rangers head coach is currently on his way to Slovakia for the IIHF championship to coach Team Canada. Lavoie adds that the Flyers are the only team that has contacted the Rangers about Vigneault. More to come.
