Report: Flyers To Target Seth Jones In Offseason Trade.

The Philadelphia Flyers have some work to do this offseason and a lot of fingers are pointed at the team's blueline. Philly just wasn't able to recover from the loss of Matt Niskanen all season and it showed. General manager Chuck Fletcher will have to do something to address the hole and it sounds like he could be setting up a blockbuster. According to Flyers' insider Sam Carchidi, acquiring Seth Jones from the Columbus Blue Jackets will be at the top of the priority list for the Flyers. A trade for Jones would of course only happen if Jones were willing to sign a long term extension with the Flyers. According to various reports, the Flyers will be competing with the Chicago Blackhawks, Los Angeles Kings and Montreal Canadiens for his services.
