The Philadelphia Flyers haven't given up on their season just yet but many believe they're too far behind the 8ball to fight for a playoff spot. Both the Metropolitan and Atlantic Divisions are looking pretty stacked and insiders believe the team and general manager Chuck Fletcher is more likely to be sellers than buyers at the deadline. One team that might be hovering over the Flyers looking to acquire some pieces is the Pittsburgh Penguins. Pens' GM Ron Hextall is familiar with the Flyers obviously and still has friends within the organization. It sounds like he might be looking to acquire one of Fletcher's free agent signings. Penguins' insider Dan Kingerski of Pittsburgh Hockey Now reports that the Pens have interest in Justin Braun. While Braun doesn't provide much offense, he's a solid depth defenseman that carries an attractive $1.8million cap hit before becoming UFA this offseason and can eat minutes. With Ryan Ellis still sidelined, Braun has been pairing with Ivan Provorov on the first pairing recently. Would you be willing to move Braun at the deadline?
