Head coach John Tortorella is pushing all the right buttons with his Flyers as he is trying to get as much as he can out of the lineup and stockpile points. It was revealed moments ago that the Flyers have asked Cal Petersen to start in net against the lowly Pittsburgh Penguins.

The Flyers have been working their goalies and what appears to be a rotation as Torts looks towards experience to help Samuel Ersson find his game. The team has also decided to bring in Olle Lyscksell while removing Egor Zamula from the lineup. Management along with the coaching staff would like to see where Lycksell is in his game.
Having been with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms for the last few seasons, the team needs to decide on whether to keep him long term or potentially package him in a trade as the deadline approaches.
Torts decided to go back to a 12/6 format for today's game.
