"The Philadelphia Flyers have been quiet so far as the clock is ticking on the NHL trade deadline. Just a couple of hours away before NHL teams lock in their roster for the playoff push. Last night general manager Chuck Fletcher saw the Boston Bruins add two big pieces in Taylor Hall and Curtis Lazar. Is it enough for the Bruins to pull away from the Flyers in the playoff race as the two teams sit 4 points apart? We'll see. So what about the Flyers? What we've heard so far the Flyers likely being sellers but that might have changed. Jordan Hall of NBC Philly shared what he's heard this morning so far regarding the Flyers and it sounds like they'll be holding on for the playoff push. Hall shares that while forward Scott Laughton is still on the trade block, it would take a massive offer for the team to move him. The same goes for Michael Raffl as it sound like he's staying put but Erik Gustafsson could be the guy on the move today.More details to come.
From what I've heard, I'd be surprised if Michael Raffl is moved today. Erik Gustafsson we'll see. On Scott Laughton, I think Flyers will have to be knocked over by offer. — Jordan Hall (@JHallNBCS) April 12, 2021
