Samuel Ersson has been named to Team Sweden for the Euro Hockey Tour

The Philadelphia Flyers goaltender Sam Ersson just finished his rookie season with the Flyers, and he just been named to Team Sweden for the Euro Hockey Tour.

#LetsGoFlyers Samuel Ersson has been named to Team Sweden for the 2024 Euro Hockey Tour, leading up to the 2024 IIHF #MensWorlds Championship.
The Euro Hockey Tour is a warmup tournament for the IIHF World Championship. The tournament which will take place in Czechia in May, and is played between Sweden, Czechia, Switzerland, and Finland. The last time Sam Ersson played for his country was for the World Junior Championship team in 2019. Sam Ersson in his first full NHL season played in 51 games, winning 23 games, with a 2.82 GAA and a .890 SV% and also had four shutouts. The Euro Hockey Tour will start on May 2 and finish on May 5, then the IIHF World Championship will also be in Czechia, from May 10-26.
