The Lehigh Valley Phantoms had a great playoff run as they eliminated the Wilkes Barre Scranton Penguins as underdogs. However, the Phantoms were just eliminated by the Hershey Bears Saturday night.

"The Phantoms have been eliminated from the playoffs. Bears win the game 6-3, and the series 3-1.

What a season for the Phantoms, it was a good one. They struggled mightily, but pulled it together down the stretch

Tanner Laczynski was the man down the stretch, my gosh."
The Phantoms lost game 4 to the Hershey Bears 5-3 to lose the best of five series 3-1. The Hershey Bears have now won five consecutive series as they look to defend their Calder Cup championship from last season. The Hershey Bears will next take on the Hartford Wolf Pack beginning Thursday evening in Hershey.
For the Phantoms, Rhett Gardner, Garrett Wilson and Tanner Laczynski all scored. Also, Cal Petersen made 22 saves for the game. It may be disappointing for them to lose; however it was against the defending champions, and it was a good run for the Phantoms.
