This new generation of players are continuing to show off their talents and their skill sets especially when it comes to puck handling and how to score goals.
They're taking the leagues to a new level and this was on full display during the ECHL All Star Classic when Flyers prospect Matt brown blew the roof off the building with an amazing goal.
Brown who had complete control of the puck skated down to the other end alone where he did a move that no one has seen before. The goalie had absolutely no chance to stop it Anna gave the ECHL All Stars a lead of 15-7 against the Ghost Pirates.
The 24-year-old left winger is playing for the ECHL Reading Royals after spending four games with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. Prior to this he spent two seasons with Boston University of the NCAA where in 2022-2023 he played 39 games, at 16 goals with 31 assists for 47 points.
It's unclear whether the Flyers will bring him back to the Phantoms, however, with a goal like that it's likely the Flyers or another team will be calling his agent.
