The Flyers traded defenseman Sean Walker at the deadline to the Avalanche and it seems as though the blueliner will have quite a few teams interested this summer.
Daniel Briere was able to get a 1st round pick and an injured Ryan Johansen in exchange for Walker. The trade has worked out for both teams as Walker has been continued to play very well for Colorado.
One of the teams that could use Walker's help next season is the Sabres as they have struggled all season with their right side defensemen and Walker would be able to step easily as a top 4 D.
The Leafs may also look into adding the blueliner next season, they are another team that has struggled this year with right side defensemen and Walker could be one of the top right side D on the market this summer.
The last team that may be interested in the 29 year-old D man this summer is the Senators. Ottawa is finishing another disappointing season and will be looking to add some solid Ds this summer. Walker would be a perfect fit and would likely be able to play on their top pairing.
It will interesting to see who the former Flyer decides to sign with and for how much he gets signed for.
