The Flyers have been without goaltender Carter Hart for a total of three games now, surprisingly the team has held together and has earned three straight wins without Carter Hart.
Goaltender Samuel Ersson, who is responsible for the Flyers three straight wins have posted up league high numbers, with a .966 SAVE% during his last win against the Anaheim Ducks, setting his record for the year to an impressive 3-1-0 showing.
Felix Sandstrom on the other hand has lost 8 games and only has one win, which isn't a surprise as he lost his five games in the crease last season. The Flyers will have a tough decision with Carter Hart returning shortly, who do they send down?
Flyersnittygritty writer Jamey Baskow had a good point, which leads to the Flyers may not have a choice..
Sandstrom imo. Ersson does not need to clear waivers, and I think the Flyers would not risk losing Sandstrom for nothing, as he is no longer waivers exempt.
