A roster move by John Tortorella was intentionally made to teach a lesson
Things don't look good for the Flyers' defensive core without Marc Staal and Ramus Ristolainen.
As a result, John Tortorella is left in a bind, as Emil Andrae was just sent down to the AHL to continue his development.
In light of Andrae's sending down to the minors, Tortorella sent a message.
AHL prospects, including Ronnie Attard, are not doing enough work to justify a call-up. Louis Belpedio and Victor Mete have been called up to fill the void left by Marc Staal and Rasmus Ristolainene's absences.
