A young Goaltender Rushed To A Hospital With Life Threatening Injury

A young 15 year-old Russian goaltender was clinging to life after a scary moment during a minor league hockey tournament that was taking place this morning in Russia, as the young netminder was rushed to hospital with life threatening injuries.
According to Sport24.ru, the 15 year old was goaltender and his team were playing in the championship game when the goaltender would take a skate to the neck that cut him open and was bleeding in his crease.
After being cut, the 15 year old goaltender had to be terrified, as there was reportedly a pool of blood when the goaltender was taken off the ice by stretcher. After being taken to the local medical facility, the goaltender had emergency surgery to close the gash in his neck thous saving the boys life.
Reports reveal after the surgery he was placed in the intensive care unit where he will stay and be monitored and receive the proper care on the way to his full recovery.

We have also learned that the 15 year old went from serious condition to stable condition and is awake but obviously shaken up by the incident but will be closely monitored by the hospital staff.
