So, how will the season unfold for John Tortorella's players?

There's, of course, a little bit of hope for next season. John Tortorella isn't there to run a subpar team, and a lot of insiders said that we will have to count on the Flyers to make some big moves this summer.
The objective is clear: the playoffs. With that being said, Alexander Appleyard, from The Athletic, made a prediction on how the season will unfold for the Flyers...
"I hope Torts does a great job+ @NHLFlyers thrive under him...

buuuut if I were a betting man I'd say most likely:

They get a "jump" to begin + play solid if boring hockey.
They trail off back to team talent level (which is at best league average) by game 50+miss playoffs. #Flyers," wrote Appleyard on Twitter.
