Could this Hurricanes defenseman land in Philadelphia?

Ethan Bear, who hasn't been used as much as anticipated by the Carolina Hurricanes, has been given permission by the team to speak to other teams. He'll be a RFA this summer, and if an organization decide to make an offer sheet to get him, the Hurricanes will receive draft picks in return.

Bear played 58 games this season, and recorded 14 points. He didn't play during the playoffs. But when you look at his advanced statistics, the 5 foot 11 defenseman was pretty good for the Hurricanes this year...
