An insider dropped a bomb regarding Ryan Ellis
Last night, Paul Bissonnette may have revealed the nature of Ryan Ellis' injury. Officially, he's bothered by a lower-body injury, but Bissonnette talked about Ellis' hip.
We'll know by the end of the season...For the moment, everything indicated that Ellis will be at the team's training camp in September. However, according to Anthony Di Marco, the Flyers defenseman could still not be ready to play by then...
"On the Ellis front, I don't think it is a slam dunk he is 100% healthy by training camp. Speaking to several team sources, the word "hope" is consistently attached in regard to whether or not Ellis will be healthy by September," said Di Marco.
Here's another bummer on the road. Let's hope for the best. This situation is pretty worrying...
