There are reports that Kyle Dubas is considering bringing back some of the players he recruited during his tenure at Toronto. Among them is Matt Murray, who unfortunately struggled during his time with the team.

Murray was a vital member of the Pittsburgh Penguins, winning multiple Stanley Cups and serving as their starting goaltender after Marc-Andre Fleury's departure to the Vegas Golden Knights.
While there have been rumors of Murray potentially being bought out or traded this week, no official announcements have been made.
It's worth noting that had Dubas remained the GM in Toronto, Murray would have remained on the team.
Although Murray may not be the same player he once was, the opportunity to reunite with some of his former teammates is undoubtedly appealing.
