Additionally, the recent Ivan Fedotov debacle in Russia over his tolled contract, as well as significant injuries to prospects such as Bobby Brink, Samuel Ersson, Morgant Frost, Zayde Wisdom, Tyson Foerster, and Wade Allison over the last year and a half (2021-2022), have further set the team back.
Unsurprisingly, the team has struggled to bounce back over the last three seasons, as seen in the pictures above depicting the history of misfortune.
Despite the Flyers' rich history and competitive spirit, this ongoing injury curse has marred the team's journey on the ice.
