After such a disappointing season, big changes were incoming in Vegas.

Well, the organization pulled the trigger by firing head coach Peter DeBoer. The Golden Knights missed the playoffs by 4 points as they finished the season with a 43-31-8 record, good for the 9th place in the Western Conference.

With the Golden Knights, Peter DeBoer went to the Conference Final two times. He coached 160 games and won 98 of them.
