When drafted in the 2nd round (34th overall) of the 2019 NHL Draft, it was clear that Bobby Brink had first round skills. The Flyers traded up to get him, and for the moment, the kid is responding well to the call.

In 26 games this season with the University of Denver, Brink has registered 41 points, including 32 assists. That's a point per game rate of 1.60. He is simply the best scorer in the NCAA right now.
His skating was a deficiency in his game, but it seems like he has improved in this area, especially this year. We now shall see if he wins the Hobey Baker Award, and if he will sign his entry-level deal with the Flyers at the end of the season.
