Boston Bruins Could Receive Discipline After Recent Lies Regarding Mitchell Miller Unveiled
Anybody who hasn't been living under a rock for the past two weeks is aware of the Mitchell Miller controversy involving the Boston Bruins. Mitchell Miller was previously charged with a bullying incident in which he and many others ganged up on a handicapped coloured youngster, subjecting them to years of physical, verbal, and racist abuse.
The Boston Bruins miscalculated when they revealed last week that they had signed him, believing that no one would object. However, a number of their own players, including stars like Brad Marchand, Nick Foligno, and captain Patrice Bergeron, made it obvious that they did not agree with the choice.
In order to correct the situation, the Bruins called a news conference where they said Mitchell Miller had taken many courses, including special education and anti-bullying, to position himself for a better future. Before they even gave such courses a second glance, the Bruins management had already spoken about Miller participating in them. One group, where the Bruins claimed Miller contributed his time, countered and demonstrated that he never truly did so, proving that anyone who claimed otherwise was lying.
