Cam Atkinson Scores His First Goal Back!
Cam Atkinson said he had butterflies in his stomach before he stepped out on the ice. Cam played a good game on Saturday, but last night all the work to get back and recover from his off-season injuries paid off.
Cam scored his first goal in a year tonight, kicking off the goal scoring for Philadelphia.
This wasn't just a really good feeling for Atkinson, but really good for team morale the rest of the game in general. They've all seen and know how hard he worked to get back and it must have been great to see him score.
