Since he was a young boy, Bedard has played with age groups that are three or more years older since he has consistently outperformed them in terms of skill level and hockey knowledge. Bedard played with graduating 18-year-olds when he was just 14 years old and a freshman in high school grade 9, and in just 34 of those games, he scored an amazing 84 points.
Bedard has since taken his talents to the WHL, where he went on a absoloute mean-streak, putting up 100 points in 62 games played as a 16 year old in the Western Hockey League.
Fast forwarding one more season Bedard is in the WHL with Regina still, and he is starting to build his physical game more, and maybe even his trash talking game!
