He played 7 games in the NHL with the team this season, recording one assist and a minus-four differential. He was originally drafted in the first round (20th overall) by the Detroit Red Wings, before being claimed by the Seattle Kraken at the Expansion Draft.
He certainly could be an interesting pickup for the Flyers. He'll be an RFA at the end of the season, so if the experience doesn't work, it's no big deal. Let us remember that he had a pretty decent rookie season with the Red Wings, during the 2018-19 season, recording 16 points in 52 games. Even if he has played 111 NHL games, he didn't really get a chance to prove himself.
