Goalies around the NHL are remembered for their saves, especially in key moments when you want to win a game, a playoff series, or even the Stanley Cup. One aspect of a goalie's game is not to be remembered for the worst goals you've let in. Tonight, Carter Hart experienced one of the worst goals scored on him, probably in his career.
It was a simple dump-in play that was supposed to be completely harmless and played by Hart unfortunately, it bounced off the boards and somehow managed to get behind his pads to put the Lightning up 4-0. Even Hart himself feels that it was just a misread by him. I felt that was an extremely unlucky bounce as well.
