This has to be one of the worst attacks I've ever seen as hockey fan. During a Minor hockey league game in Sweden a player named Kid Andersson would get severely injured over harmless gamesmanship during a hockey game.
It apparently all started after Andersson would squirt water on a player of the opposition. This set the unnamed 19 year old player off, were he would lose his mind and two hand Andersson baseball style in the face.
Andersson's face was an absolute mess as he had blood pouring out all over his Jersey and the bench, check it out.

The League suspended the player for the entire year, but Andersson would get some justice as the player they haven't named is now been officially charged.
He was charged with aggravated assault and might end up spending six years in jail if he's convicted. He does deserve to be charged for what he's done especially because It was just a harmless squirt of water compared to what he did to Andersson.
"Kid Andersson suffered extensive tooth damage, jaw fractures and bleeding wounds. The crime should be assessed as serious because the suspect showed particular recklessness and brutality by hitting Kid Andersson's head with a stick which caused severe bodily harm."
"I judge that there is sufficient evidence that it was an intentional act that caused serious damage. I expect a conviction."
- Prosecutor Helena Falkerby.
