Chuck Fletcher Confirms Team is Pushing Hard to Re-Sign Defenseman

Well, the team is reportedly not done, as contract extension talks with Travis Sanheim are full steam ahead.

Sanheim is one the Flyers pillars on their blueline, and the team is likely ready to iron out a deal as soon as they can, to avoid distractions into the regular season.

A native of Elk Horn, Manitoba., the 26-year-old Sanheim, played 80 games with the Flyers in 2021-22, the six-foot-three defender scored seven goals and added 24 assists for 31 points.
