Chuck Fletcher States 'We need more talent' During Interview

When the Philadelphia Flyers hired Chuck Fletcher to be the team's new General Manager back in 2018, Fletcher was confident that he would bring a championship to the city of brotherly love.
Fast forward five years and if you asked most Flyers fans and hockey analysts, chances are they would say the Flyers are much worse now than when Fletcher was hired.
The biggest issue was Fletcher didn't want to rebuild when he probably should have, especially when Fletcher hasn't been able to make any trades that have been a win for the Flyers.
Fletcher would take accountability of the team's current predicament in his recent press conference:

You're damn right it's on you, Fletcher had the hottest free agent last summer Johnny Gaudreau wanting to sign long-term with the Flyers and instead Fletcher's big move was Tony DeAngelo.
